These Terms and Conditions govern the business relationship between you and us. By using our Website in any capacity, or by purchasing from us, you consent to adhere to these terms.

Acceptance of Your Order

Your order is an offer to buy from us. We accept this offer when we send you an order confirmation via email, at which point our contract is formed.

Price and Payment

The price of the Goods will be as set out on our Website at the time of your order. We strive to ensure accurate pricing but reserve the right to adjust prices as needed.

Security of Your Credit Card

Card transactions are processed through secure payment service providers, ensuring the safety of your card details. Authorised card payments are debited straight away.

Delivery and Pickup

Delivery Time:

• Dublin Orders: Orders placed before 12pm will be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered within two days.
• Rest of the Country: Orders placed before 12pm will be delivered within two days. Orders placed after 12pm will be delivered within three days.

Delivery Cost:

• Orders under €450 will incur a €50 delivery fee.
• Orders over €450 qualify for free delivery.

Collections: Collections from our warehouse are free of charge.

Liability for Subsequent Defects

We stand by the quality of our Goods. If you find a defect, please inform us within 7 days of receipt for a possible repair, replacement, or refund.

Goods Returned

We offer a 14-day return policy for eligible products. Returns must comply with our returns policy. We accept returns of defective Goods or in cases where we've agreed to the return in advance.

Complaint Rights

If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your purchase, you have the right to file a complaint. Please contact us directly so we can resolve the issue promptly.
